Installations done without any loopholes behind are always beneficial for future. By this some of the major drawbacks can be avoided thereby assuring no hindrances to the equipment due to installation errors. The installation errors if not taken care at the time of installation get exaggerated over period of operation. As it writing goes “All that begins well, ends well”.
We conduct vibration analysis and vibration probing studies (along with thermography and ultrasound analysis, as required) on installations of new or modified machinery before it is brought to operation. This will ensure & assure that all the parameters of installation like alignment, balancing, foundation, fastening, coupling, base-rail are not only in permissible limits but are at its best level.

Procedure for verification of installation of new / modified machinery:
1.) You can call us on or after installation of your machinery and give us the details of machinery like type and size of machinery.
2.) We will fix an appointment with you for inspection.
3.) Our experts will visit your company with necessary testing equipments and will carry out the inspection.
4.) Any deformation in any of the parameter will be informed to you immediately, there and then itself.
5.) After correction, the same inspection will be carried out again to verify the parameters.
6.) Procedure will be repeated till the machine sets in good parameters ground.
